Army Corps of Engineers: South Atlantic Division

  • South Atlantic Division - Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, this is one of eight regional offices, responsible for all or part of eight southeastern states. Provides links to district commands, news, information on water resources management, recreation, contracting, regulatory programs and employment opportunities.

  • Charleston District - Information on regulatory permitting, civil works projects, environmental services, construction, emergency management and military support operations.
  • Jacksonville District - Information on flood control projects, water management, navigation, shoreline protection and restoration, environmental restoration, disaster response and recovery, and recreation. The district specializes in the planning, engineering, construction and management of projects in Florida and the Antilles.
