Army Corps of Engineers: North Atlantic Division


  • North Atlantic Division - One of eight divisions providing engineering and construction services to the nation. It is the Corps’ regional business center in the Northeast and 51 other countries. Provides press releases, public documents, boundary maps, and information on dredging, contracts, and regulatory operations.

  • Baltimore District - Information on regulatory permitting, civil works projects, environmental services, construction, recreation opportunities, and military support operations.
  • Europe District - Supports United States government programs and policies overseas. Provides engineering support to the Army, Air Force and friendly foreign defense agencies within the U.S. European Command area of responsibility. Under Department of Defense auspices, work is carried out in Western, Central and Eastern Europe, Israel, and parts of Africa.
  • New England District - Information on regulatory permitting, civil works projects, environmental services, construction, recreation opportunities, and military support operations.
  • New York District - Information on regulatory permitting, civil works projects, environmental services, construction, recreation opportunities, and military support operations.
  • Norfolk District - Information on regulatory permitting, civil works projects, environmental services, construction, emergency operations, and military support operations.
  • Philadelphia District - Information on activities in the Delaware River Basin and the nation including navigation channel maintenance, flood and coastal protection, military construction, emergency management, regulation of waterways and wetlands, environmental projects and support for other agencies
